               Accepted Payment Methods. I accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal
• Venmo (U.S. clients only).
• Domestic bank transfer in the U.S. (ACH/Wire), U.K. (Faster Payments/BACS), and Taiwan (TWD domestic transfer).
• SWIFT international wire (USD/GBP/TWD/EUR).

1. Revisions: Includes 2 minor revisions (≤10% runtime trims, shot swaps, subtitle text fixes) and 1 major revision(structure/pace changes). Additional work billed by hour or per minute of final runtime.
2. Typical turnaround: 10 business days from deposit + complete materials (London business days). Rush ≤5 business days at +50%.
3. Feedback window: Client provides notes within 72 hours each round; late feedback is deemed approval of that round and we proceed.
4. Acceptance: If no issues are raised within 7 days after delivery of the locked cut, the work is deemed accepted.
5. Licensing: Client supplies properly licensed music/fonts/assets; otherwise I’ll only use royalty-free or assets you purchase—third-party licence fees billed separately.
6. Source quality: Issues inherent to shooting (focus, heavy noise, compression artefacts) are not guaranteed fixable; reshoots/recuts are out of scope and billed separately.
7. Timeline starts once deposit is received and all materials/documents are complete. Client delays in supplying assets pause/shift the schedule.
8. Channels: Communication via Email with a single authorised contact. Written confirmations govern.
9. Mutual NDA; all footage and edits are highly sensitive.
10. Retention policy: Project files and backups kept 30 days after completion, then securely deleted. Extended retention available at additional cost.
11. Transfer: Encrypted cloud only pcloud or client-provided SFTP.
12. Payment terms: Within USD$200, Pay All Fee At Once, Over USD$200, 50% non-refundable deposit; balance due before release of final master files. Late payments accrue interest (2% per month).
13. Client cancellation: Billed for actual time/milestones completed; deposit is non-refundable.
14. Service is provided with professional skill and reasonable care; no guarantee of sales, revenue, or platform approval.
